All my pink edition Experience Minnesota coins are named after Minnesota Cachers.

This one is named after IBCrashen. He has placed many caches up in the Duluth area (since 2001) and his hides were usually favorites of cachers in the metro.... always worth the trip northward!

Since I felt compelled to drop this off in Minnesota and was destined for Thunder Bay, I figured one of the beautiful caches around Grand Marais would work well for this traveller.

Well this IS a special coin! I came to Ore Dock Overlook to grab a coin dedicated to the World Cup, but alas, it was gone. Without knowing anything else about this one I took this in its place. I've been grabbing "cool looking" coins recently as I'm heading on a road trip this weekend and wanted to disperse them, and this is definitely a cool coin. However, my travels are taking me "north of the border", and this one has a particular Minnesotaness about it so I will just try to drop it off soon elsewhere in MN. Too bad I missed IBCrashen himself on the trail today.
