Current Goal

My name is Madog the Gold! I am a gold dragon, and like many others of my kind, I love treasure collecting! I may sometimes travel to events with CoyfoxGrey, so if you see us, say hi! I want to learn about all the treasures others have found while Geocaching! Will you share a story of your favorite treasures or swag items with me?

About This Item

Madog the Gold

This gold dragon is very fortunate that he survived the trip to my home through the US Postal service. After a delay in Maine and then  New Hampshire, he finally showed up. He arrived with a cracked right wing, but this was not a problem for me once he got here. I personally think it adds to his charm and gives him character! His name, Madog,  means "little fortunate one" or "little lucky one"

Greetings! I traveled to this cache with CoyfoxGrey today. We traded some treasure when we visited. I was a little sad to see the shiny gold coin leave our possession but we traded it for a glowing spider. Maybe it will become another resident of CoyfoxGrey's treasure box!

Madog the Gold, my greatest treasure I found was my sweet dog Lucky. He had been abandoned at a campground in the Ozark National Forest. He has been my geodog since 2011 and I love him all my heart
