About This Item

This Danish Geocoin 2006 was sent in circulation april 2007, with kind help of the geocachers Mostly Moose.

The coin is produced in 500 pcs. This particular coin, along with 49 others, is each visiting a part of the world.

The Danish geocachers has produced this first trackable Danish coin. Voting among several designs ended up with the vikingship - not the first time, a vikingship is travelling far from Denmark, but maybe the first time for more than app. 1000 years ;-)

The owners farogdatter (fatheranddaugther) was the first to introduce a (not trackable) coin in Denmark - our signature.

This farogdattercoin is now history.
