About This Item

Hot-Spark

I have one of these on my own keychain and use it instead of matches in order to start a campfire. It is an official Boy Scout item.
This TB is a Hot-Spark (registered trademark) Fire starter.
Hot-spark furnishes an abundance of high temperature sparks and is always ready for use. Hold it firmly underneath steel bar and pull back directing sparks into tinder (such as coton, tissue, shredded bark or wood shavings). Sparks will ingite tinder. NOTE:Do not strike! Scrape Hot-Spark against bar.
