Found it at Vier-Chancen-Tourne at Harz Mountains in Germany.

Harz Mountains are a very old mountain chain in the middle of Germany. As it is so old it erroded to more or less smooth hills. Highest elevation is Brocken-Mountain with abount 1100 m above sea level.
The cache named Vier-Chancen-Tourne, which is the name of the very popular Four-Hills-Tournament of Large-Hill-Ski-Jumping in Austria and Germany. The cache has his name because there is a chance one of four to find it at one edge of a mountain creek bridge.
