This geocoin is the prize for completing the Georgia State Parks 85th Anniversary Georgia GeoCampers Challenge
To obtain this coin you had to find and stamp a passport from 8 of 12 GGC caches hidden throughout the State Parks scattered all over Georgia.
You also had to either camp overnight in one of the participating parks, or attend one of the Georgia GeoCampers events held monthly within the park systemto obtain a stamp also.
Although Janet (fatkidsOTWunite) and I hid all the caches for the challenge, we still had to complete the challenge to obtain the coin. A small price to pay to play in our beautiful park system and the challenge.
