I made a special trip up to pickup Hatchetman Hank. I had come across the plastic bag that went with him at "A Walk in the Park Cache". I thought he had been taken and not logged, so I made up a name tag for him and was going to try to replace it. Now I can just add the tag I made up and send him back on his journey.
