Current Goal

Tijdens onze trip naar Berlijn in 2016 zagen wij de Ampelman. Internet gaf ons de informatie hierover (die-geschichte-der-fussgaengerampel). Wij vonden het erg leuk er over te lezen en er de achtergond van te leren kennen. Natuurlijk wordt een en ander commercieel uitgebuit, maar toch vonden ook wij het leuk om in de Ampelman shop leuk rond te kijken en wilden we er natuurlijk ook iets kopen. Dat werd dus deze sleutelhanger. Vanaf nu een functie voor de hanger; hij mag onze TB begeleiden tijdens zijn reis over de wereld. We hopen dat het een veilige reis is en dat hij vaak mag oversteken. Nu en dan een foto tjidens de oversteek zou leuk zijn om hem te volgen.

During our trip to Berlin in 2016 we saw Ampelman. Online we found some more information about him (die-geschichte-der-fussgaengerampel). We enjoyed reading about him and learning more about his history. Of course this character is being commercially exploited to an extent, but we still liked looking around in the Ampelman shop and wanted to buy a little souvenir. This keychain is the souvenir we ended up purchasing. From now on we have a mission for this keychain: he can accompany our TB during a trip around the world. We hope it will be a safe trip and that he can cross over lots of streets. Every now and then a photo at a zebracrossing would be nice to follow his travels.

I used to take photos of trackables so that I could log them later. today, we woke up to ice and snow and not being able to go out. I finally am going through my old photos to log the tracksbles I have taken photos of. this is a wonderful walk down memory lane to remember the caches, events, geocachers and friends, and geopyps I've met. Irgendwann, irgendwo gesehen oder entdecken können auf Events, Mega's oder einer unseren Touren. Das genaue Datum ist nicht mehr feststellbar. So bitten wir den Einheitslog zu entschuldigen und stellen den Owenern frei, den Log gegebenenfalls zu löschen. Sometime, seen somewhere or can discover at events, mega or one of our tours. I found Ampelman in Sarasota Florida, USA August 23 2019. I gave him a tour if the waterfront. It was late evening, so it was getting dark, but he had a great time. I will tuck him into another cache this weekend and he will have more adventures.
