About This Item

Project 15+2 Capitals - Brussels

This travelbug is part of project 15+2 Capitals, which is a travelbug project made of 17 travelbugs. It is sequel of project 15+1 Capitals, which has started in year 2017 and is running till now. This project has started on 11. February 2018 and also hasn´t ended yet. We released the last travelbug of this project in Kiev on 16. December 2018.

What is this whole project about? In our previous project, travelbugs were traveling from European capital cities to capital cities of the world. This time, we are releasing 17 travelbugs from Bratislava, Slovakia (central Europe) and taking them to capital cities of Europe and Middle East. Then, travelbugs are released and they goal is to travel back home.

But what is the +2 in title of the project? It means 2 bonus cities - one of them is Bonn, which was capital city of West Germany. Another one is Tel Aviv, because most of countries consider Tel Aviv as capital city of Israel, but Israel considers Jerusalem as a capital city.

    Encontrado hace un tiempo. Lo hemos acercado a Cantabria, y en cuanto tengamos ocasión de hacer alguna excursión por la parte mas oriental, lo dejaremos para que siga su curso!
