Another case of, "What the heck is going on out there?" This was dropped off in a cache in Denmark, the first of a series of caches of several types, some with clues for a final Unknown cache. Sounds like it was a lot of fun while it lasted. Shortly after this coin was dropped off, the cache was reported as being full of water. It was disabled, but people were still finding it. One of them even reported that the container was dry and in good shape. But the local Admin, seeing the Disabled sign on for such a long time, asked what the deal was, and got no response, so the cache was archived. Was out geocoin still in it? Had it been picked up as swag? No idea, as no one appears to have mentioned it, although getting some of the Danish logs translated correctly isn't easy.
So, we are going to assume that it either was damaged beyond recognition by the water, or is still out there with the cache container, which is likely still where it has always been. Thus, we are retrieving this for burial in an archived cache of ours, and hope that it turns up, some day. Stranger things have happened.
