To see the world that unfortunatly this little one could not
The Trackable is for Cecil Turner or "CT" as he was known. CT was the victim of a homicide in 1996 when he was 2 years old. The starting point for this trackable is at the cache in Mission Viejo, California, (GC722N2) near the site where his body was found. I've spent a few years investigating his case and unfortnately, his killer still eludes justice.
It is hoped that this Trackable can experience the world that he was unable to and as this is passed from cache to cache, you take a moment to honor his memory. Safe travels CT...
