When a friendly game known as Geocaching comes up with a Spring Promotion called the Planetary Pursuit, they are thrilled to learn the galaxy has a large number of intelligent races. To bring the myriad cultures to their world, they host a celebration – inviting spacefaring peoples to send representative ships to compete against one another and The Great Starship Race 2018 is born.
As the Federation's flagship, the USS Enterprise D, under the command of Captain Jean-Luc Picard, is sent to compete. But the event takes a dark turn when a Klingon Bird of Prey (the IKS Ki'tang) arrives and demands to join the race. Soon, Picard and the Klingon commander are engaged in a deadly game of cat and mouse, and, for Picard and his crew, the race becomes a struggle for survival. Faced with treachery at every turn, Picard must protect his ship from relentless attack and prevent the annihilation of an entire world. The USS Excelsior and Reliant choose to participate in the race to prevent further incidents. Who will be the one ship to be the quickest and go the furthest? Stay Tuned and see...
The IKS Ki'tang was a Klingon Bird-of-Prey that was in service with the Klingon Defense Force in the late 24th century. In the mid-2370s, the Ki'tang was involved in the Dominion War, and later participated in the second Battle of Chin'toka in 2375.
During the battle, the Ki'tang was the only vessel in the fleet that remained unaffected by the Breen energy dampening weapons, and subsequently was the only allied ship to survive. The reason for this was revealed after the battle, when it was discovered that prior to battle, the chief engineer of the Ki'tang adjusted the tritium intermix to compensate for a warp core containment problem. This accidental innovation allowed the Klingons to quickly protect their fleet against the Breen weapons.

So while I am laid off and have the time. I am going through my phone photos. I am finding tags from different events like the flash mob at the park, the coins that fellow san Antonio cachers had at events at Starbucks, geo wood stock, the maze, and maybe some might be found during the worldwide boredom pandemic coin share on the geocaching facebook group by owners only. A lot of these may have been retrieved by us already but im not sure so I will just log them discovered today. The rest of my group (ie my kiddos: firegodbeau, zebrafairy, & dinobilly; my husband fitz86 <or something like that, might if hes not lazy> and maybe weaverpoet but shes really picky about discovering tags: will also be discovering them. If you are skeptic, you can message me and I will send you the photo.
