About This Item

This is a nice miniature replica of real cache boxes. Please handle with care. It is functional (opens) but is not as robust as real ammo boxes. There will be several more mini caches placed in geocaches in the future by UWdawg including many non-travelers.

    Unfortunately during a Caching Weekend in Germany our back pocket got stolen. Travel Bug "Mini Cache #33" was in there and we didn't find it back... :-(
    Please accept our apologies...

    I've buried "Mini Cache #33" in the Belgium Travel Bug Graveyard. May it rest in peace (or arise?).

    Tijdens een Caching Weekend in Duitsland werd onze rugzak gestolen. Travelbug "Mini Cache #33" zat erin en werd niet meer teruggevonden... :-(
    Onze verontschuldigingen aan de eigenaar...

    Ik heb "Mini Cache #33" begraven in de "Belgium Travel Bug Graveyard". Moge het rusten in vrede (of verrijzen?).

    Door een spijtig toeval of was het een opzettelijke diefstal tijdens één van onze volgende zoektochten was dit misschien de laatste verstopplaats van deze mini-cache.
    Hopelijk zijn er nog eerlijke vinders en ontvangen we spoedig onze spullen terug zodat mini-cache zijn weg kan verder zetten.

    here in the beautiful woods near castle nideggen in the eifel the mini cache will continue it´s journey. by the way: i tried to repair it´s hinge with plastic glue, hopefully it works. anyway: be careful with the lock.

    it didn´t stay long in the "swister tuermchen" - about 5 minutes to be exact 😁 !
    i´ll find a nice place for it next week. i´ll try to repair it´s slightly loose lock too.

    During my first attempt at the Siebengebirge the bug escaped.
    But now I catched him.

    Nice ammo box, even though its joints are in bad condition.
    Added a 5 Kopeka coin and hope to find a new hiding place soon.
