C’est le nom donné aux employés et aux fondateurs de Groundspeak, et qui traduit leur volonté à « servir l’autre et à offrir des loisirs à la communauté » , valeur fondamentale de l’entreprise : « This willingness to serve each other and provide recreation for a worldwide community is a core value of our company. » (Groundspeak, Inc). Chaque année Groundspeak édite un géocoin en l’honneur de ses Lackeys, chacun étant représenté par un petit personnage.
