Current Goal

LADY LIBERTY II has accomplished her mission of traveling from the west coast to visiting her namesake, the STATUE OF LIBERTY! Through the good care of many geocachers she has made her way back to California BUT NOT YET HOME! Once here she will have a photo shoot and reporter waiting to document her final pick up by me.

Ok, after a LOOONNNGGG wait, I am finally able to upload those photos that I promissed Janet so long ago...I really am saddened that Lady Liberty II didn't fair too well on the long journey back East, but she pressed-on, injuries or not! (Maybe it's good she is in a travel bug day spa as she can get some much needed treatment!) Aside from being banged-up in the airlines baggage handling area, she had a wonderful trip. She saw her much larger sister, went to Ellis island and saw many of the sites along the way. I have some photos of her journey...May the rest of her travels be as exciting and adventurous as her trip over!

Was given this travel bug to take back with me when I go to Washington DC. She won't be at her final destination, but a heck of a lot closer to it! She will be traveling there at the end of March. (Incidentally, she will be visiting Germany along the way) 🙂
