Current Goal

Busy in San Diego with careers and families, "Blonds Run Amuck" can olny live vicariously through you. We would like to hitchhike on you next journey...(but please don't tell our fathers about the hitchhiking part!) Take us on your next adventure. We make great traveling companions--no back seat driving tips will ever cross our lips. We want to accompany you on your next vacation to an exotic location. (or, we'll even settle for a visit with the in-laws with no complaints.) Just don't keep us stranded for too long--we want to be constantly on the go and having fun. Post pictures so we'll know how much fun we are having. P.S....we love travel bug hotels as you never know who you might meet there...So...where are you going to take us?

Blonds Run Amuck are two best Geocaching friends who are kind of "stuck" in San Diego. This is our first Travel Bug so we thought it appropriate to send ourselves around the world....surrounded by our favorite things...shoes and handbags of course.

As proprieter of the 5 ***** Hidden Ponds TB Spa & Resort I regret to inform you that this tb is MIA from our resort. After examining the guestlog at our resort there is no indication of when it was removed or by whom. We held off notating that it was missing hoping that it would show up but indeed it has not. Hopefully, someone will log this tb's find and place it in another cache soon.

Cool bug, cute blondies.. 😉 Just got back from San Clemente CA after visiting relatives, and caching of course. Cool caches in SoCal. Will see where the bugs get too, and will ask often "Are We There Yet"...

Found this one in a secret location in Milwaukee, at the Covert Cache - boy do I feel lucky to be escorted in my travels now by two sweet Blondes...I might have to hold onto this one for awhile! ;) I'm heading back to Minnesota in a couple of days, and will find a new home for this one soon. Having a Blonde day with MaxB we had to visit the APE cache Mission 12: Blind Canal in Illinois. We had group photos taken and the TB’s continued on with MaxB. Photos posted in a couple of days.

  • APE Tour Group MaxB's Tour Group took an excursion to one of the famous APE caches. These were originally stocked with props from the Planet of the Apes movie, but there are very few left. Shown are TB's: Are we there yet, Meow the CAt, Geocaching DVD, Space Cadet, Nifty Fifty, and Lady Beetle.
