About This Item

Morphing Bug's first form: a caterpillar

This bug started out as a caterpillar. Its goal is to change form as it travels, following the rules of the 'Last Letter' game: on each leg of its journey, it should be replaced by an item that begins with the last letter of its previous incarnation. So, its second form should be something that begins with R.

When you pick up this bug, feel free to remove the current item in the ziplock bag and replace it with your own item (following the 'last letter' rule) and send it on its way. Please record the switch in the 'New Form' column of its enclosed passport. It would be great if you could also post a picture of the morphed bug on this web page.

At some point this former caterpillar would like to morph into a butterfly. After that, who knows?

(Note: you are not required to morph this bug; you can just move it to another cache as-is if you'd rather.)

New addition: if a cacher manages to morph this bug into its goal form, he/she gets to name the next goal. Howaussie reached the first goal (butterfly), and has now suggested that it morph back into a caterpillar. Go for it!
