Another spike to pass around from geocacher to geocacher. The holder will pick the date and place of the next gathering of WA State area Geocachers.(duh! of course PDX Geocachers are welcome)

At each gathering, the holder of the spike chooses someone to be the next holder of the spike.

Okay so I am a total loser when it comes to this bug. I placed it in the WSGA party and then forgot to bring it with us. I was looking at the history and realized that I keep dropping it in events and keep forgetting to pass it off. Well this time I promise, I'll get it passed off.

I'm putting this in the Olympia Cache Machine and I will give it to someone if I have to force it into their hands.
