About This Item

Blue Stanley

This geocaching USA travel bug tag is attached to Blue Flat Stanley belonging to Mrs. Coustillac's second grade class at Arbor Elementary School, Euclid, Ohio. It was designed and printed using a 3D printer. Blue Stanley's travels will be recorded on charts and maps. Math, reading and geography will be learned as Blue Stanley's travels are followed by the students.  Blue Flat Stanley is competing against Green Stanley, Purple Stanley, and Red Stanley. The four second grade classes at Arbor will be watching to see which Stanley travels the most miles, to the most countries, states and continents. I am so excited to be reunited today at my 1K celebration! It was wonderful to chat with kingsnu about his travels that accomplished over 30,000 miles and many states and two countries for Blue Stanley. At the 1K celebration event, I overheard Hiking Viking talking about going to Mingo in Kansas. This is a very special geocache! I believe it is the oldest active cache in the US, so I decided to pass off Blue Stanley to go with him and be dropped into this cache to continue his journey. Safe travels Blue Stanley!
