PLEASE TAKE PICTURES OF ME NEAR WATER :) Do you know that when you don't drink enough water, your brain gets foggy and judgement is impaired? You can even get cramps and it can cause you to get constipated...Nodody likes that. This can happen especially in the summer when it is really hot outside and you are sweating out a lot of liquid in order to keep your body cool. Signal the frog can absorb water directly through his skin. People however, cannot do this and we need to drink water while we're out caching. The mission of this trackable is to remind you to stay hydrated, especially on those deep woods geocaching adventures. Also, remember to drink gatorade in the summer too when you're sweating a lot in order to replenish your electrolytes. Cache on my friends :)
This is a signal the frog halloween trackable that i won at a geocaching event. It was attached to my Seacamp water bottle when i was down in the Florida Keys. This water bottle kept me alive during my 8 month contract as a marine biology instructor in the lower Florida Keys. Every day I would drink about 4 bottles full of water and 2 bottles full of gatorade since the temperature down there in the midsummer averages about 98 degrees with 95% humidity. Stay hydrated :) The trackable tag is now attached to a neat little rubber duck who also likes water :)
