I got into the habit of putting a little LED light on my hat brim many years ago. It always comes in handy and has gotten me out of many dark places. People are always asking me "What is that thing on your hat?". I also enjoy putting various patches on my hat to change its appearance for different occasions. When I found out I could get a trackable (and glow in the dark!) patch it only seemed appropriate to turn my hat into a trackable for others to log and enjoy.
Highlights:
October 14, 2017: Logged all caches on Power Island (Traverse City, MI) including the oldest cache in Michigan GC35
May 26, 2018: Attended GeoWoodstock XVIII, the first Giga event in North America; logged the oldest cache in Ohio, Shawnee Lookout Cache, GC31A
September 22, 2019: Passed 10,000 miles logged on this trackable! What a journey it's been so far!
