Visit cache north of Arctic Circle
Growing up, Punk heard stories of a northern land. Cold like Antarctica, but with a shorter name. He trained and studied and built an expedition suit. He said "I will travel to this place called 'The Arctic' and return to report on its lands, waters and fish. Some day I will lead our people to the mystical north."
Mission is to travel to and log a visit to a cache north of the Arctic Circle and then return to Arkansas, US where I can place it in a permanent collection.
