Hi my name is Lucky (I'm the Night Crawlers Cat), I wanted this collar to find its way to "de Poezenboot" (It means Cat Boat) in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Well... things did not work out how *I* wanted..... They went to Amsterdam before *I* could let my collar loose, and they STOLE my collar to throw in a cache. Now *I* want it BACK! From Holland to The United States, Florida, I, lucky, am waiting for my collar! I HAVE ONE RULE!, If you obtain this Travel Bug Please make sure to take a picture with it ON YOUR cat or your "other" pet, if you don't have a cat or any animal it will fit at least try to be creative with your picture!

I want my collar to travel the World collecting Photographs of other cats and animals wearing my Travel bug collar along the way. I would like my collar to eventually finding its way BACK from de Poezenboot (The Cat Boat in Nederland).

A little about Lucky
Hi, My name is Lucky and I am the cat that chose the Night Crawlers to take care of me. When I was a kitten I was run over by a car and had a fractured skull, I went to the NO-KILL Safe Harbor Animal Shelter in Jupiter, Florida and I waited for someone to pick me up. Well, since I had this hole in my head and I acted a little wierd no one picked me up for over a year. I remember some calling me a "Special" cat..... if you know what I mean. Well this guy came in to look at the cats around the place. I decided to attack the guy and he just looked at me and asked Kay-Lynette (Executive Director) why I acted so strange. Well they told him that no one wanted me because I acted like a FREAK (Hey I didn't want THEM other people anyway!) So now confuzn & saxy want me to do this Travel Bug thing. Since I love to travel and I am a cat I wanted to see how the other NO-KILL facilities are overseas. My human (confuzn) told me about one of Amsterdam’s best-kept secrets, de Poezenboot. This floating shelter for homeless felines sits permanently moored on the Singel canal (Near one of the smallest canalhouses in Amsterdam). Since he has been there with my collar bring it back! So I can see how the other felines live.

After so many years something has happended... Confuzn contacted us and now the collar will be send back to him, again. I hope this time he will receive the collar. Good luck little thing! =^..^=

We've got a problem! Like you can see, the TravelBug is in our hands already for a long time... This spring (2004) the owner had contacted us, to send the TB back to him by mail, because Lucky had just passed. He gave us his address in the USA. A friend of us, who flew to the USA this summer should take the TB with him, to lower the shipping-costs... He took our letter with the TB with him and posted it in USA. Two months later we received the letter back in Germany (fortunately we had placed our address on the onvelope :-) ). On the envelope is a stamp, which tells, that the receiver's-address wouldn't be right...but it's exactly the adress we were told... We already tried to contact the Night Crawlers, but the mails weren't dilivered likewise it's impossible to contact them by Geocaching-mail... Now we don't know what to do! Keep the TB... Let it travel again (but the owners didn't wanted that)... or what else?!?

Dear Lucky, you will see a picture from our dog who is rather catfriendly. She is proud to wear a cats necklace especially since most of the cats she meets don't want to have anything to do with a dog. So she is grateful to be allowed to have something belonging to a cat. Photo will follow.
