About This Item

Hello, my name is Orosco. I am a poison dart frog. My mission is to stay in Minnesota and eventually return to my native area the "Frogtown" Neighborhood of St. Paul, Minnesota. Thank you and Good Luck... The Frogtown Area of St. Paul, Minnesota gained it's name because much of the area was very low lying ground and in the late 1800's was prepared in such a manner that homes were able to be constructed. They backfilled swamps and the frogs never went away. The home that the owners family lives in is circa 1895 and this is not uncommon. I discovered this one at "Spruce Grove Meet - School's Out for Summer" (GC5Y1C0), Spruce Grove, Alberta, Canada. What a great way to start the summer now that school’s done! There were 31 people who attended this dinner event--more than j0ckser and I have ever had at our monthly dinner...and more trackables too! There were the usual regulars, as well as geocachers that I’ve not met before. No doubt, that was because this was the first event in the area after the event souvenir came available for Geocaching Road Trip '15. Safe travels Orosco! I'm not going to touch you because you're a poisonous dart frog. Besides, you're a long ways from home and I'm not heading to Minnesota soon.
