Current Goal

My mission is to travel the vast mountain ranges of the western U.S. and Canada and eventually return home to PA. It would be great if you could post pictures of all of the wonderful places I travel. The great mountains, rivers and virgin forests of British Columbia, Canada are among my most sought after destinations.

Hello, my name is Ertle Pitt, I was born in the mountains of central Pennsylvania. I long to travel vast and wide, exploring and meeting new people. I am most well suited for mountainous terrain and find virgin or old growth forests to be ideal. I also enjoy rivers, lakes and unique geologic features. Please help me on my quest and to document, through pictures, all of the wonderous landscape that I travel.

Dropped Ertle off at this nice park. Great view of a nice lake where Ertle can meet all kinds of birds... and I hope he wore his bug spray!

We took Ertle to Stanley park today, Third beach to be exact. The plan was to drop him at a nice cache there today but that got postponed until tomorrow. Until then, enjoy the pics of Third Beach @ Stanley Park, Vancouver, BC!

We're picking this cute blue guy up from this cache "virtually" after making one extra drop (done by Jeepster) just to fix the logs!
I hope that's okay. Ertle is scheduled for a nice vacation somewhere green asap!
