Our moniker Travlng4Abby is in honor of our daughter Abigail Burroughs who died at 21 from cancer. After undergoing all available treatments and failing to get not yet approved drugs that may have prolonged her life, Abigail succumbed on June 9, 2001. Abigail had always loved to travel. She traveled with her father; with her mother, stepfather and stepbrothers; and with her friends. Before dying, Abigail told her mother to look after her stepfather and continue to do all the things they had all loved to do together. By keeping her travel bug avatars moving you will be helping Abigail keep traveling.
