This trackable Hurtigruten tag is provided by Hurtigruten North America as part of the "Connect with your Inner Explorer Contest." About This Item

Hurtigruten expedition cruises is releasing 3,000 Hurtigruten polar bear and penguin trackables for an epic adventure. Show us what it means to you to Connect with Your Inner Explorer and you could win a 7-day expedition cruise in Norway for two guests.

How to Enter: To enter and participate in this Contest, entrants must have an account with Geocaching. If an entrant does not have an account, he/she can register on http://www.geocaching.com.

To participate in the Contest, entrants will be required to either hide or find Hurtigruten trackables and to share a photo relating to this trackable on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter. 

To find a Hurtigruten trackable, visit www.geocaching.com/innerexplorer and click on the “Find a Trackable” link. A map will be displayed with the locations of geocaches that contain Hurtigruten trackables. Visit any of the geocache locations to search for a Hurtigruten trackable. Please note that previous geocache visitors may have already retrieved the Hurtigruten trackable from the geocache.

To enter the Contest, entrants must post a photo on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook of themselves connecting with their inner explorer and holding a Hurtigruten trackable and use the hashtags #HGinnerexplorer and #contest. Entrants must share their photo publicly to be entered in the Contest. Photos shared on Instagram profiles that are private will not be eligible. After submitting your photo, please re-hide the Hurtigruten trackable into a geocache so that other people can participate. Be sure to submit a log entry for the Hurtigruten trackable by visiting http://www.geocaching.com/track or through the free Geocaching mobile app.

Photo submissions uploaded after the Contest Period ends at 11:59pm PST on September 20, 2017 will not be considered.
