I found this trackable in a cache in Durham, NC on July 7, 2019 and when I tried to log it I discovered that it was unactivated so I activated it. Thanks to the cacher that left it there!
This tag says "The Best Finds are Other Geocachers" which can definitely be true. Certainly my best find while geocaching was Lilyfrog04 who not only became my primary geocaching partner but also my life partner after we met at a geocaching event.
