I found this TB just as you see it in a cache the cache "GC 10th Anniverary: You Rat Fink # 5" - GC26B79 on 08/28/2018.
I took it with me thinking I would move it along, but what I tried to log it, I found it was not activated. I tried to send messages to track down who placed it there, but after 2 months, I decided it was time to release it myself.
