About This Item

The name Lucien comes from the cyclist Lucien Buysse, he lived from 1892 - 1980.
He won the Tour of France in 1926, 50 years before my birth. It was the longest Tour in history (5745 km), it counted 17 stages with an average lenght of 338 km ! He took the yellow jersey during an incradible ride in a snow storm on the Col d' Aspin...
At the end he had an advance of 1 hour and 22 minutes.....
Respect Lucien, I like to read stories about such a hero like you !!
