Travel Bug ~ Katie-Keki ~ Aloha (Pineapple) Hawaii

Aloha!!

My owner had her very first overseas holiday in 2011 at the age of 31. She travelled from Darwin in the Northern Territory, Australia (where she was residing at the time) to Hawaii, USA. She wanted to explore Hawaii and did so by renting a Mustang convertible, driving on the wrong side of the road and visiting lots of beautiful and scenic places on two of the eight islands: Oahu and Maui.

skatierocks (aka Katie) learnt her Hawaiian name is Keki and she purchased me as a souvenir and special momento of her very special 3 week holiday outside of Australia.

Her most favourite places she was blessed to enjoy and visit, was Kualoa Ranch on the east side of Oahu, and Turtle Bay Resort on the north shore of Oahu. And she very much enjoyed the maze, and pineapples at the Dole Plantation on Oahu.
