About This Item

This 2004 Geocoin was recovered from the stomach of a whale caught on the Wisconsin River by illegal pirate whalers. As they were carving it up, the coin was found inside a fish that the whale had eaten. The fish was still alive and held the geocoin between its teeth. What a lucky fish that was. That is, until we ate him.

Found in the mouth of a hungry Chipmunk who must of taken it from the coins hiding spot... I had to make him a deal to get it from him. I got the coin to hide in a better spot and he got some corn-nuts I had in the truck. Watch out for them Chipmunks...... Parkview

It was in the cache when we hid the cache. The coin wanted to go back into the water and caused one of us to slide into the creek. The coin got loose and a turtle came and grabbed it. We got into our speed boat and chased the turtle over hill and dale and finally managed to catch it, but not before the geocoin imprint was forever etched in the turtle's back.
