Current Goal

This coin's mission is to visit caches that are in elevated locations, and those that require a climb or at least a bit of physical activity to reach them ... ie now hill top lookout drivebyes thanks.

While 5stars are somewhat rare ... lets stick to caches with terrain ratings of greater than 3.5

Coin is to remain within australia, and while I appreciate that cachers may have it in there possession for more than 2 weeks, happy for them to do so, to keep the coins mission in tact.

    Sorry I've hung onto this one for so long - been aiming to get to some mountain caches, but fate keeps intervening. Have passed on to AbseilQld in the hope that he will have better luck finding some big mountains. I have a couple of plans for the next school holidays, so may grab back off him yet and will re-place it. But in the meantime, it is in his safe keeping.

    Figured that the coin had sat in its home for long enough. Am planning a couple of big abseiling trips in the coming month or so, so figured it was time that the coin made a move. If I can't find a cache that fits the bill on my travels, I guess I'll just have to make one!
    Will re-release as soon as possible.

    Found in "Awaken the Sleeping Giant". Seriously considered pulling the coin to take abseiling with me out at Cania Gorge next weekend, but having left swaps in the car accidentally, I felt bad about leaving the cache empty. Will make a trip back in the near future to view this cache when the weather is better.

    not a 5star climb - but a good climb none the less ...
    couple of hours up some steep little tracks - about 3.5 km to climb roughly 600m.
    Now we will have to wait and see how long it sits up here 😁.
