I found this at "No-name Park" in Pleasant Hill Iowa, and it doesn't have a police escort attached to it. It just has a couple of laminated instruction cards, a round holder with the Tommy Trojan Helen of Troy coin-like thing in a coin holder and a Helen of Troy laminated card. Ill move it along soon.

I tracked it down and it was placed here: http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=a733f677-b1d1-4036-90da-9bd0ce2ed390 but not logged right so I think it may have gotten lost. It was placed there on June 15th by Galenafour. There were other TB's missing in this cache also I had noticed.
