    ✈️Brussels Airport-BRU✈️ Let’s try this again. I came through here on my way to Africa and the pic did not upload. Then I had poor internet while in Cameroon. We are on our way back to the US so have another opportunity.

    Douala: Spent a couple of weeks in Cameroon, mostly in Youndé, but spent a short time in Douala and a weekend in Kribi. After we left Douala, there was much flooding. I hope the waters recede and it doesn’t cause too much damage. This place is very different from home but I found it very interesting and I enjoyed getting to know the people. Before coming here, I did have a streak of logging a cache everyday since Jan 24, 2016. This is the last day of that streak as there are hardly any caches in Cameroon. I have a travel bug that wanted to get to Africa so thanks for placing this one.

    Nonsense: Happy Birthday! I have just a few more birthday caches to do, but apparently I also go on vacation at the same time of year because I’ll be gone again for the last ones. Maybe next year I’ll get them. Drove all the way to the parking lot and walked back since there is no parking signs posted. Made the find easily based on the previous finders’ logs.

    Tecate Tuesday 43: Came before work and parked in the VFW parking lot despite the signs since the lot only had two cars in it and I knew I’d be in and out and only a few yards from my car. I don’t recommend that. They were out so fast asking me to move. I assured them I’d be gone in a couple of minutes, signed the log and returned the cache to it’s hiding spot and was out of there.
