A Micro in a Pine Tree
To celebrate this gift and enjoy others adventures we'd like this trackable to visit lots of pine tree hides.
Slayer and I love ornaments and traditions. We love ornaments so much that we had to put a moratorium on purchasing any for ourselves during the holiday season.
This love of ornaments is one that it steeped in tradition. Slayer and I exchange ornaments every year. Slayers dad MugglePap gives each of his saplings, their spouses and their saplings themed ornaments each year. Slayer and I hand craft ornaments for all of our friends and family each year. Our nephew Crazydeth43 gifts us a special ornament each year. Our neices and their brother give us their growing hand prints in ornament form each year. And last but not least Slayers aunt and uncle always get us something cool yet classic to adorn our tree.
These traditions lead me (Sublime) to find a great set of geocaching ornaments as Slayers ornament for the 2016 season. To my great surprised these seemed to be a yearly thing. So ornaments - check. A new tradition - check. And it's something geocaching related which adds a layer of awesome.
But now what do we do with these rad traditions since they're the gift that keeps on giving?
Well we decided to use our tradition and it's origins - MugglePap - to create this "series" of trackables. His favorite Christmas theme is the 12 days of Christmas. With this as our inspiration we wrote our own 12 Days of Geocaching. We will be releasing be one trackable each month in 2018 to celebrate 12 of our favorite geocaching "things".
