GC.com added a Last of 2017 digital souenir to the accounts of cachers attending an event or finding a geocache on December 31, 2017, and a First of 2018 digital souvenir for attending an event or finding a geocache on January 1, 2018!

To commemorate the event, they created the Last/First coin and tag sets which include a full size 2017/2018 Geocoin plus, this Last Tag for 2017 and a First Tag for 2018 to send traveling. That is 3 trackables and 2 souvenirs... "Happy New Year!"

I rang out 2017 crossing through The Sands of Time.

Happy New Years Eve!!!

Looks like I'll be ringing out the old year with, The Sands of Time. 😁😁😁
I started out with a walk across Santa Susanna Park, then followed the tunnel under the tracks, hiked the trail up into the sandstone formations and finally, scrambled over to the cache... All in all, a fun little outing (suitable for all ages). Great views too! 😛
