When Mama is overwhelmed and needs fresh air, finding a nice geocache, letterbox, or Little Free Library (#LFL) is just the thing.  Same with walks to or in pretty places.  She often takes the dog along - he needs to stretch his legs also.  Help Mama and pup relax and recharge.
