Current Goal

Wir adoptierten Widi in unserem Urlaub im Ötztal 2022. Er wird jetzt noch etwas bei uns aufwachsen und ein wenig mit uns zusammen herumkommen, bevor er flügge wird und hinaus in die Welt zieht. Wir hoffen, dass er eine gute Zeit hat sobald er sich entscheidet in die Welt zu zieh. Es wäre super toll, wenn er viele schöne Bilder nach Hause schickt und irgendwann auch wieder nach Hause zurück kommt. 

We adopted Widi during our vacation in the Oetztal valley in 2022 (Austria). He will now grow up with us for a while and get around a bit together with us before he will fledge and move out into the world. We hope that he has a good time when he decides to start his journey and hopefully can see a lot of the world, sending over some pictures from all the places. Finally it would be nice if he comes back to his home.

Kfraise and I picked this one up in Central Park - a beautiful day for a cycle. Time for this little one to explore a bit more of North America...

  • Widi's first visit to Canada... and some snow! A fresh layer of snow greeted Widi upon arrival in Winnipeg, Manitoba in central Canada. It's our first -lasting and significant - snowfall of the year and we won't see the grass again until early April. Time for some fun in the snow!!

I'm actually from Austria, but have a German family and live in North Rhine-Westphalia. I was here in New York with my friends "Oscar aka Olly" and "Deadly Ducks Lust". We liked it here very much and so we decided to just stay here for a while. I hope I, or we, will find new travel companions and also the chance to tell about our travels and show pictures. What do you get out of traveling if you can't share it with your friends and family and are not able to show souvenirs or pictures? Hope I have a good trip and hopefully I will come back home someday.

  • Central Park Have a good and save trip my friend!
  • Manhattan An amazing place! I visited so many locations last days but there are for sure so many areas more to discover. But anyway, I guess there are so many other places around the world that are interesting as well.
  • New York - Staten Island Ferry The Staten Island Ferries are a nice possibility to see the New York Skyline and Miss Liberty for free!
  • Skyline of New York Awesome View
  • Miss Liberty I passed it with a Ship, unfortunately only with the Sandy Ground and not with the Queen Mary :D
  • Ground Zero and The High Line New York has so many different sides, amazing!
  • New York - Empire State Building The Empire State Building is one of my favorites and has a lot of charm.
