About This Item

Freedom Fighter 7.jpg

The Freedom Fighter Series are dedicated to all the men and women you have served and who are currenly serving in the Armed Forces around the World.
Everyone owes these men and women a great big THANK YOU!
The Freedom Fighter bugs like to help Travel bugs that are stuck in Bug Hotels (aka Bug Prisons).
A "Bug Prison" is being defined as any Cache that has rules stating that a Travel Bug can't leave unless one takes its place.

When they are not helping other Travel bugs they like to circle the Planet making sure other Travel Bugs are safe.

How to Invade a Bug Hotel (aka Bug Prison)
Post a note for the cache that you wish to free announcing that unless all Travel Bugs are released then the cache will be invaded. Wait for a while and if the Travel Bugs are freed by the Cache owner then Job Well Done! Otherwise Swap the Travel Bugs and set an innocent "prisoner" Free. Remember that the Freedom Fighters believe in diplomacy first and will only invade a Bug Hotel if diplomacy fails.

Always remember that this is only a game, do not threaten cache owners if they refuse to let Travel Bugs go free.

There are a total of 8 Freedom Fighters being released. They were released as a group and have the greatest chance of freeing all the Travel Bugs in a Bug Hotel if they stick together. But sometimes they must part their ways and go on different missions.

If any Freedom Fighter should become injured during the Tour of the World please return to Northern New Jersey, United States so the Cache owner can replace.

I really like the goals of the Freedom Fighter's. Have never figured out the concept of having to leave a TB for picking one up. Just how do you get started moving them if you don't have one to leave?!?!?!? Anyway the FF#7 is now in Redding and looking for some TB's to rescue. Replaced the baggie with a new one😁
