I only work a couple miles or so from here, so thought I would check this out. Picked up Wilbur to move him along as he appears to have remained in this cache location for almost a month based upon log history. Wanted to save him cause this meat market may have decided to turn him into smoked ham! Hopefully I will start his journey back West and place him this coming weekend into a cache set by some very active local geocachers that place many local caches for those in this area of Wisconsin.
I'm new to trackables (this is my second, picked up within 15 minutes of my first) and want to start with a philosophy to provide an opportunity for people who actively support our "fun" activities locally a chance to share in some of the trackables that pass through our area.
Very nice trackable. Wilbur is pretty cute. So far, the two trackables I've found have been pretty cool!
BTW, I did go in to the meat market. Have bought half a pig from them years ago and had not been in here for quite some time even though I drive past it on the highway to work several times a week. Was tempted by the buffalo sausage, but settled for a pound of homemade german potato salad instead.
