    This is the first Travel Bug that I've come across.. I will find these guys an interesting place to stay until another GeoCacher comes along and moves them. Very fun, seeing that they've traveled from BC :)

    Picked up this travel bug from Up the Ridge which does not get a lot of visitors. Will drop it off soon in another cache to get it moving again.

    A group of us were out for the first canoe trip of the season. It's rare to get clear skies and 24 degrees in the sun at this time of year, so I made the most of it by searching for a nearby cache on a small island in the middle of the lake. Inside I found grandpa simpson and the gang. However, they were none too happy about being wet, as the lake level was so high that the cache was submerged! Anyway, I rescued the gang, dried them out and warmed them up around the campfire lastnight. They all enjoyed the canoe ride out, and I will find a new dry home for them soon after I replace the rusted chain linking them together.
