Amelia, benannt nach Amelia Earhart (1897-?), die 1937 bei dem Versuch verschollen ist, die Erde zu umfliegen, wurde als einer von drei Travel Bugs am 22. Februar 2007 von der GEOlino-Redaktion auf Reisen geschickt. Wir sind gespannt, wohin ihn das Schicksal führen wird.

Amelia, named after Amelia Earhart (1897-?), who went amiss in 1937 on her attempted round-the-world flight, was sent on his journey by GEOlino on February, 22 2007 along with two other Travel Bugs. We are looking forward to see where fate will take him.

Wir haben Amelia heute schon bewundert, wußten aber natürlich noch nicht, wo sie hin wollte. Haben sie deshalb erst einmal zum Verschnaufen dort gelassen. Ein wirklich schönes Exemplar.
