This little TB had a whirlwind tour of Monson Lake State Park. This park is a good get away from it all place to camp. Nice and quiet and remote. This was our second visit here but still didn't get a chance to camp with the camper. Maybe next time.

Had to be careful to not get too close to the poison ivy near this cache! Nice 2 mile round-trip hike to the cache with a great view of the lakes created by the last glacier! This was our third of the North Central West Region History Caches.

The aroma of sweet clover was awesome in this park. And as an extra bonus we saw a doe with her twin fawns trailing along behind her. Bet the sweet clover tastes as good to them as it smells to us!

Due to the recent storm damage in the area, this was a very quick visit to this park. Though we did see lots of pelicans and other waterfowl on the lake at a near by overlook.

Our little anniversary coin got a free ride while we got a workout on this 2-mile, 8-stage multi-cache. Had a great time hiking while listening to the sounds of the nearby Pow-Wow going on in a different part of the state park.
