Did you know that when you visit Geocaching Headquarters they give you a free trackable? Whoot! Free stuff! This is mine!
I visited Geocaching Headquarters in Seattle, WA August, 2018. And, I made the discovery of their huge treasure chest geocache my #2,000 milestone cache. I loved every minute of it.
Getting handed this free HQ trackable as I arrived was pretty neat. I thorougly enjoyed my mini tour, chats with lakeys (the title of their staff), seeing the trackable that went into space and meeting other cachers who were coming through with stars in their eyes like me. Another great memory: the hour spent going through BOXES of trackables that had been dropped in the HQ geocache from all over the world. I cut myself off at an hour. You could do that all day long.
If you love geocaching and trackables, make a trip to HQ. You can lose yourself in that place. Then go out and do the HQ geotour, all walkable from HQ itself. It's a series of epic caches each with hundreds of favorite points. Go. Just go.
