A coworker of mine managed to score a Bandolier of Carrots on Woot. When the package arrived this critter got the biggest laugh. I promptly snagged the bug to make a travel bug out of it.

On September 4 2010 Sternschnuppenzähler  was able to get this bug back to China where it was made. Now it is time to come back to Seattle.

This was in our daughter's first cache find ever, 5 years old and soooo excited to find a bug...! We'll find a new home for it this weekend....

Made it to the beach town of kep in cambodia, crossed the border (didnt get it a visa) into vietnam, visited saigon, da nang, hanoi, and sapa before trekking to Laos across the dien bien phu border crossing. Snaked its way down rivers in laos, took an overnight train to bangkok, walked its way down khoa san road a few times, and flew back to southern california. hope it gets some good rest, its been a busy little bug.
