Current Goal

I have always wanted to ride my bike along the Lewis and Clark Trail. Until I am able to do that, I am sending this travel bug, named RecumbentBiker, on a virtual tour of the Lewis and Clark Trail. I have placed it in a cache in St.Charles, MO (where the Lewis and Clark Expedition departed 200 years ago in 1804). Its mission is to make its way WEST to the Pacific Ocean. Upon its arrival on the West Coast, I hope someone will send it home to O’Fallon, Missouri to the KEY TO CACHING cache located in Civic Park in O’Fallon, Missouri.

This Travel Bug has been officially lost over 3 years! So, I am sending the copy on its way today. I am the owner of this travel bug and am depositing it in "Key to Caching" cache. I hope it eventually makes its way to the West Coast. I have attached a little something to light the way.

  • It was heading to near here. I was planning to place the RecumbentBiker near the The Hualapai Nation injun reservation while visiting the famed Skywalk, but didn’t. So, I thought I’d move it at least a little closer to the left coast than it was.
