In a paid partnership with Disney Channel, Geocaching is teaming up with DuckTales to release Huey, Dewey, Louie, and Webby trackables.
The second brother hatched and dealing with classic middle-child syndrome, Dewey is always looking for ways to stand out from the crowd. Dubbed “The Guts”, Dewey is quick to throw himself into dangerous situations without thinking, just to prove himself. Deep down he’s worried that he’s just an ordinary duck so he’s constantly itching to make a name for himself. He’s also the one who is most curious about his family history, particularly the disappearance of his mother.
Dewey and his brothers Huey and Louie, and cousin Webby are in for an epic surprise as they embark on a globe-trotting adventure and treasure hunt. Take this Dewey trackable with you from cache to cache and document the adventure with geocache and trackable logs, and then share your latest find on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter using #DuckTalesCache.

Thanks to the 2023 Christmas Day blizzard my daughter, JMVonFange, was delayed in heading home so we spent the bonus time together comparing our caching statistics including trackables discovered and looking through our geocaching pictures. JM has discovered significantly more trackables that I have mainly because while we were staying home during the pandemic she spent time online and spotted numerous TBs that were being shared virtually on various social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc. Thankfully, she still had a few notes that helped guide my search for the same trackables that she had already discovered. After looking at the TB page for each of those TBs, I found that a number of TB Codes necessary to discover the trackable were included on the TB Page itself or intentionally or as a spoiler in the photo gallery. I also found TB Codes left behind by other cachers who had posted a discovered log for the trackable and added those codes to my "to discover" list as well. I hope that even though virtual discoveries are becoming less common, you will not delete my discovered log. I only have two trackables that are activated at this time, one is lost in the wild and the other is traveling with me, but I will gladly share the codes with you via the geocaching message center if you are interested in discovering them.
