Bandit's Trans AM

Smokey and the Bandit, the 1977 movie that made a superstar out of the Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. Trans Am sales jumped from 68 to 93 thousand vehicles between 1977 & 1978, and leaped to 117 thousand in 1979. You are in possession of that 1978 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am with a little modification to the rear axle and wheels. Eastbound and down!

I have had a cacher report June 30, 2008 that this TB is not in my cache "I-85 Exit 54 GeoCoin & Travel Bug Hotel"(GC1BBA4). I have given it a week to show up, but so far it has not. Since it has been there since 5-9-08, I am going to mark it "missing" so others don't go looking for it to be there. Hopefully whoever took it will log it soon.
