Current Goal

This travel bug is trying to get back to Edmonton, Alberta Canada. It was on a race to get to Friesland and won! Now it needs to come home!

About This Item

This travel bug was released in honour of my parents' 45th anniversary. They both immigrated to Canada from Friesland, Holland, over 50 years ago! Their 4 offspring and themselves placed travel bugs to see whose could make it back to their homeland first. We released them on a family reunion/camping trip in Nordegg, Alberta.

My travel bug, The Dutch Canadian Globe Trotter won the race to Friesland! Help it get back to Canada (ideally before the others even make it to Friesland ha ha ha!).

Thank you to all who helped send my travel bug to Friesland, and thanks to all who will help bring it home to me!
